AI solutions for Malaysian businesses

Engagement Formats

Three ways to work with Mentari Logic, each suited to a different stage

Whether you are beginning to explore AI, conducting a contained trial, or managing existing deployments, there is an engagement format designed for where you are.

Our Methodology

How we approach every engagement

Each format follows the same underlying principle: start from your operations, not from what a technology can do. We assess your workflows first, test changes in contained settings before recommending scale, and document what we find so your organisation retains the learning.

All engagements are scoped and agreed in writing before work begins. We do not carry commercial arrangements with AI platform vendors, so our recommendations reflect operational fit rather than any other interest. Confidentiality agreements are standard from day one.

Our advisory team draws on backgrounds in operations management and process consulting across Malaysian industries. Workshop materials and pilot frameworks are adapted to your sector rather than applied generically.

Assess first

Understand the workflow before recommending any capability. What does the process actually look like?

Test in scope

Run contained pilots rather than organisation-wide rollouts. Learn from real conditions, not projections.

Document findings

Written outputs at every close. Findings should be available to people who were not in the room.

Review regularly

AI deployments need periodic checks. Quarterly reviews maintain alignment between tools and operational intent.

Solution 01

AI Discovery Workshop

AI Discovery Workshop

RM 1,520 · Two-day engagement

A two-day session held on your premises in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, or Johor Bahru, bringing operations leads and a small advisory team together to surface practical opportunities. We work through case studies relevant to your sector, sketch candidate use cases, and weigh the operational reality of each. Participants leave with a prioritised shortlist and a one-page recommendation. Often chosen by companies that prefer to think things through carefully before scoping a longer project.

What is included

  • Pre-workshop preparation and sector research by the advisory team
  • Two full days of facilitated sessions at your location
  • Case studies selected for your sector and scale
  • Prioritised shortlist of AI opportunity areas
  • One-page written recommendation document

How the two days run

  1. 01.Morning of Day 1: Workflow mapping and context setting with operations leads
  2. 02.Afternoon of Day 1: Sector case study review and initial use case identification
  3. 03.Day 2: Operational feasibility assessment for shortlisted use cases
  4. 04.Close: Prioritised list review and next-step recommendation discussion

Solution 02

Process Augmentation Pilot

RM 1,280 · Four to six weeks

A focused pilot project that integrates a chosen AI capability into a single workflow, typically over four to six weeks. Common examples include classifying incoming customer queries, drafting standard supplier replies, or extracting fields from invoices. The engagement covers design, integration with your current tools, light staff orientation, and a written reflection on what worked and what to adjust. Designed for teams who would rather learn through measured experiment than broad rollout.

What is included

  • Workflow design and scoping session before the pilot begins
  • Integration of the AI capability with your current tools
  • Light staff orientation for those involved in the workflow
  • Monitoring and support through the pilot period
  • Written reflection document at close, including adjustment recommendations

How the pilot unfolds

  1. 01.Weeks 1–2: Workflow mapping, tool selection, and integration design
  2. 02.Weeks 2–3: Integration build and staff orientation
  3. 03.Weeks 3–5: Live pilot with monitoring and check-ins
  4. 04.Week 5–6: Reflection and written output preparation

Solution 03

Quarterly Integration Review

Quarterly Integration Review

RM 760 · Per quarter

A standing three-month review service for organisations that already use one or more AI tools and want a thoughtful outside check. Reviews cover usage patterns, data handling, vendor performance, and alignment with business goals. Each cycle concludes with a written summary, a short risk register, and recommendations for the next quarter. A measured choice for boards and operations leads who value ongoing perspective.

What each cycle covers

  • Review of AI tool usage patterns and operational alignment
  • Vendor performance assessment and terms review
  • Data handling practices check against PDPA alignment
  • Written summary of findings and a short risk register
  • Specific recommendations for the following quarter

How a quarterly cycle runs

  1. 01.Month 1–2: Data gathering — usage logs, vendor terms, incident notes
  2. 02.Month 3 (early): Review session with operations leads or board representative
  3. 03.Month 3 (mid): Written summary and risk register preparation
  4. 04.Month 3 (close): Delivery of report and next-quarter recommendations
