What We Offer

Three ways to engage, each suited to where you are

Whether your team is still weighing possibilities or already running AI tools and looking for an outside perspective, there is an engagement format designed for that stage.

AI Discovery Workshop

AI Discovery Workshop

A two-day facilitated session held on your premises in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, or Johor Bahru. Operations leads and a small advisory team work through sector-relevant case studies and weigh the operational reality of each candidate use case.

  • Prioritised shortlist of AI opportunities
  • One-page written recommendation
  • Conducted at your premises
  • Suitable for companies thinking carefully before committing
RM 1,520 Enquire
Process Augmentation Pilot

Process Augmentation Pilot

A focused pilot over four to six weeks integrating one AI capability into a single workflow — classifying queries, drafting supplier replies, or extracting invoice fields. Covers design, tool integration, light staff orientation, and a written reflection.

  • Integration with your current tools
  • Light staff orientation included
  • Written reflection on outcomes
  • Designed for measured, contained experimentation
RM 1,280 Enquire
Quarterly Integration Review

Quarterly Integration Review

A standing three-month review service for organisations already using AI tools. Covers usage patterns, data handling, vendor performance, and business alignment. Each cycle closes with a written summary, a risk register, and next-quarter recommendations.

  • Vendor performance assessment
  • Short risk register each cycle
  • Aligned with board or operations leads
  • Ongoing independent outside perspective
RM 760 / quarter Enquire

Why Mentari Logic

Working at your pace, not ours

AI adoption is not a single decision. It moves in stages, and the quality of each stage shapes what comes next. Here is what we bring to each one.

Sector-Grounded Perspective

We draw on case studies from Malaysian industries — logistics, financial services, professional services — so recommendations reflect conditions your team actually works in.

Contained, Low-Risk Engagements

Each engagement is scoped to a specific question or workflow. There is no pressure to expand before you are ready. Scope is agreed up front.

Written Outputs Every Time

Every engagement closes with a written deliverable — a prioritised shortlist, a pilot reflection, or a quarterly summary — so findings are documented and transferable within your organisation.

Works With Your Existing Team

We do not ask your team to step aside. Discovery workshops and pilots are structured so operations staff remain the decision-makers throughout.

Vendor-Neutral Stance

We do not carry commercial relationships with AI platform providers. Recommendations reflect what suits your workflow, not what carries a referral benefit.

Structured for Ongoing Oversight

The quarterly review service is designed for boards and operations leads who want a standing checkpoint — not a one-off audit, but a recurring cycle of assessment and adjustment.

Not sure which engagement suits your situation?

A brief call with our team is enough to clarify which format fits — no obligation, no sales process. We can also answer questions over email at your pace.

Common Questions

Things organisations typically ask before engaging

What size of organisation is this suited to?
Most of our engagements are with mid-sized Malaysian companies — typically 50 to 500 staff — where there is genuine operational complexity but no in-house AI team. Smaller organisations with clear, contained use cases are also a good fit for the Discovery Workshop. The Quarterly Review suits any organisation that already has AI in place and wants structured oversight, regardless of headcount.
Does the pilot require us to change our current systems?
Not substantially. The Process Augmentation Pilot is designed to work alongside your existing tools. We identify one workflow where an AI capability can be layered in with minimal disruption. We do not recommend replacing core systems during a pilot — the purpose is to learn what works in your specific environment before any larger commitment.
How long does the Discovery Workshop take to arrange?
Once both parties agree on scope and dates, preparation typically takes two to three weeks. We review publicly available sector material and any internal context you share beforehand. The workshop itself runs two full days. We can usually accommodate a preferred date within four to six weeks of first contact.
What is included in the Quarterly Review fee?
Each quarter includes one structured review session with your relevant leads, analysis of usage data and vendor terms, a short written summary of findings, a risk register covering the main concerns identified, and specific recommendations for the next cycle. Travel to your premises within Klang Valley is included; outstation visits can be arranged at cost.
How is our data handled during an engagement?
All engagements are covered by a formal confidentiality agreement signed before work begins. We do not retain copies of your operational data after an engagement closes. In pilot work, access is limited to what is needed for the specific workflow under review. Our approach to data handling follows Malaysian personal data protection standards.
Can we start with a Discovery Workshop and move into a Pilot?
Yes. Many organisations use the Discovery Workshop to identify which workflow is the best candidate for a pilot. The written recommendation from the workshop provides a clear starting point. There is no obligation to proceed, but the outputs are designed to make that next step straightforward if you choose to take it.
